About Me
My true passion is developing people and their mindset, and that passion has a very specific origin.
​
During 14 years in the corporate world I watched talented, busy people quietly get stuck. Not through lack of ability or effort, but through default thought and behaviour patterns that were quietly working against them. People juggling demanding careers and family life who had dropped themselves from the list. People who knew they were capable of more but couldn't see how to move forward.
​
Helping those people unlock that potential lit a fire in me. And that's what I've dedicated the last years of my career to.

After 20 years of rugby and over a decade competing in fitness, movement has always been central to who I am. What I discovered along the way is that mindset and movement are inseparable — action creates momentum, momentum rebuilds belief, and anxiety hates a moving target.
When both move forward together, real change happens.
